NOTICE OF RACE
1 RULES
The series will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing.
2 ELIGIBILITY AND ENTRY
The regatta is open to all GP14 boats.
3 FEES
The entry fee will be £20 for each boat entered.
Entry forms will be available to be completed or brought to event along with entry fee.
Includes Tea/Coffee/Bacon Rolls on arrival from 10:00 and food after racing.
4 RACES
The regatta will consist of 3 or more back to back races depending on the conditions.

6 VENUE
Tollesbury Sailing Club, Woodrolfe Road, Tollesbury, Essex. CM9 8SE
The tidal waters of the Tollesbury Fleet and the Blackwater estuary, we normally aim to launch 2 hours prior to high tide from Tollesbury hard and return between 30mins to 1 hour after high tide weather permitting.
7 THE COURSES
The courses to be sailed will be designated in a briefing to be held at 10:30 on the day of the Open.
8 COMMITTEE AND SUPPORT BOATS
The Committee Boat and the support boats shall be marked as specified in the briefing.
9 DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
Competitors participate in the regatta entirely at their own risk. The organizing authority will not accept any liability for material damage or personal injury or death sustained in conjunction with or prior to, during, or after the regatta.
10 INSURANCE
Each participating boat shall be insured with valid third-party liability insurance with a minimum cover of £2,000,000 per event or the equivalent.
