Welcome to the Tollesbury Sailing Club, one of the friendliest clubs on the East Coast. We are quite an informal club located in a little sleepy village called Tollesbury, quite close to the River Blackwater in Essex, England. Our Sailing
Dinghies
We sail a range of classes. We have Lasers, GP14s, Toppers, Optimists and various other classes. We are happy to welcome anyone whatever class they sail.
Cruisers
Locally we have some of the best cruising on the East Coast. Right on our door step is West Mersea and Bradwell Marina and about six hours away are the Rivers Stour and Orwell.
Cadets
Tollesbury SC has a major programme for cadets. They sail most Saturdays through the season. We also hold a Cadet Week in July or August depending on the tides.
Social
The club has an active social programme with a range of events – laying up suppers (for cadets and adults), winter talks as well as special events throughout the season.
Boat parking
We have boat parking space for both dinghies and cruisers. Boat parking costs are on the website – contact the Rear Commodore for further information.

By road, Tollesbury Sailing Club is 10 miles from Maldon, 14 miles from Colchester and 20 miles from Chelmsford. The postcode is CM9 8SE.
